Updates!
Arcfire of Antiquity Book 1 of the Incursion Chronicles (a Soul Machine Saga story) is...finally coming out October 21st, 2024! Super excited to kick of this series. Audiobook is in progress and Advanced Reader Copies are now available for those interested in reading it before it hits the shelves and providing your honest review. Sign up for my contact list and let me know your interested and I'll send you a link.
Exile of the Pan Arcanum, Book 2 of the Incursion Chronicles and Book 2 of the Soul Machine Saga (yes, if you haven't heard already I smashed the series' together for two books just to confuse readers and baffle the algorithms) is with the editors at 4 Horsemen Publishing and the follow-up to it is in the works.
Meanwhile, my standalone novel about a confused robot in a western world filled with magic and monsters is within a few pages of being sent out to beta readers. Can't wait to unleash Bodie 9 on the unsuspecting masses!
Oh, and one last biggie. Dawn of the Construct will be coming to you as an Audio Book! The wonderful folks at 4HP have opted to produce this previously published story and I cannot wait to hear it. Personally I always imagined the voice of Ian McKellan for that task whenever I read it out loud, but I don't think I have the pull to make that happen. Yet... You gotta dream big!

Dawn of the Construct is an epic like no other, and Lard’s style is relentless and suspenseful throughout. It’s (the) seamless blending of technology and magic that make this a groundbreaking shift for the sci-fi fantasy genre. Whether you’re a fan of Lit-RPG, fantasy or Sci-Fi tales, there is something in these pages that will whet your appetite. Highly recommended (5 stars!)” - Seth Halleway, author of Fable’s End: A Shentonia Story
